Services
Popvora provides website design, CRM, booking automation, AI chat, SMS follow-up, and review automation for local businesses. Scope and deliverables are defined in your service agreement.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. You may cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Ownership
You own your brand, content, and customer data. Popvora retains rights to its platform, templates, and underlying systems.
Acceptable use
Don't use our systems for spam, illegal activity, or to harm others. We may suspend service for violations.
Limitation of liability
Popvora is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent allowed by law.
